In all honesty I didn’t really understand what Craniosacral Therapy was and if it would be for me, but I was open to exploring its potential and I have to say that I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
During my first treatment I felt at ease immediately and realised I was in the hands of two very experienced practitioners.
The session itself was comforting, supportive and invigorating. It’s a shame that I wasn’t able to levitate home following my treatment as I felt so relaxed! I also felt clear and dare I say looked visibly younger. Although I still don’t really know how it works, I just know it does. I have already been back and look forward to seeing both Liz and Daška again soon for my next ‘rejuvenation’…
